Tim is a purpose-driven leader with a deep passion for helping organizations unlock their full potential. With extensive experience leading multi-site manufacturing and service operations across the United States and Mexico—and international consulting engagements in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Russia, and the Czech Republic—Tim specializes in building strong teams, revitalizing underperforming operations, and guiding companies through periods of change and transformation.

He is known for his ability to quickly assess organizational challenges and develop actionable strategies that deliver measurable results—whether through cost reduction, capacity optimization, or productivity improvements. More importantly, Tim creates cultures that thrive on integrity, open communication, and shared accountability.

His leadership style fosters collaboration, transparency, and a shared vision for success—turning complex business environments into high-performing, unified teams. About Tom Gallucci

Tom was born and raised in Wolcott, Connecticut, where he began his career in manufacturing with a focus on tool and die work during high school. He completed his apprenticeship at Barratt Tool Company, launching his professional path as an Eyelet Tool Maker, specializing in deep draw technology. Throughout his career, Tom has held various managerial and director-level positions, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and deep knowledge in precision forming and deep draw applications.

In 2017, Tom relocated to Southwest Michigan, and today oversees operations whilst leading a team of highly skilled engineers with specialized expertise in mechanical press systems and advanced deep draw tool design. Under his leadership, the team remains on the cutting edge of innovation, developing new approaches to tooling and process design that enhance performance, efficiency-improving operational strategy, and precision in ammunition manufacturing.

Jerry Luger

About Jerry Luger

Jerry brings with him a proven track record of achievements in engineering and business development with a distinct expertise in the defense and ammunition manufacturing sectors.

Building off his foundation in hardware engineering and more than two decades of experience in international business development, supply chain strategy, and program risk mitigation, Jerry plays a critical role in advancing global footprint. A U.S. veteran, Jerry brings a mission-driven mindset and disciplined leadership style to every engagement. His service has been recognized with several honors, including the National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with Bronze Star, and Joint Meritorious Unit Award with Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster.

Known for his ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions, Jerry builds long-term relationships with defense and government clients by delivering high-performance, forward-thinking technology tailored to evolving mission needs. He thrives in fast-paced, high-security environments and has a proven ability to lead projects through all phases, from needs analysis and specification to implementation and training.

About Jim Pastori

Thirty-five years of professional accounting, finance, and supply chain experience. Twenty-eight years of experience in the automotive industry. Two decades with a high volume, precision stamping and metal forming business. Successfully helped grow and manage two machine tool build companies. Twenty-five years of executive management in market leading, profitable manufacturing organizations.

Jim has a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University, Master of Science in Corporate Finance from Walsh College and Master of Science in International Business from Baker College.
