Complete Ammunition Production Lines
Built to Spec, Built to Last
From Raw Material to Final Bullet
Bliss delivers full-scale, in-house production systems tailored for military-grade ammunition.
Washing
Effectively removing forming lubricants, metal debris, oils, scale, and other contaminants from parts (cups, drawn cases, cartridges) after forming - crucial for continued precision.
Annealing
The initial stage in the manufacturing of cartridge cases or bullet jackets, using a metal-forming technique also employed in metal stamping.
Loading
For lines that are tailored for full cartridge production. Following insertion of the primer, loading is the final stage of dispensing the measured propellant (powder) into the case, seating, and sealing the bullet.
Inspection & Packaging
An automated inspection system verifies that every cartridge or case meets dimensional, functional, and safety specs before it leaves the line. Once inspected, the packaging system boxes, bands, links, or pallets the finished products according to customer specs — ready for shipment.

Whether you are seeking a full or partial solution to manufacture ammunition, our offering sets you ahead by being a sole-source for all equipment, built on the backbone of decades-enduring quality.
